Pay is only one axis. We measure the psychological and physical cost of doing the work: responsibility load, health hazards, daily stress level, and the honest number of hours people actually spend working — including the hours they think about it.

We discard textbook descriptions. For every profession we map a real daily schedule: what time people wake up, what they wrestle with in the first hour, and where 70% of the day truly goes.
